Hookah Shisha Water Pipe products are top quality merchandise that are hand-picked, but we understand that sometimes we just can not please all our customers and some customers are just not satisfied with a product after receiving it. You can return any product for any reason for a refund/replacement within 15 days of receipt. After 15 days, no returns will be accepted, and no replacements or refunds will be allowed.
Returned items must be in original unused mint condition, in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping Charges.
